About Department

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGY) believes in providing quality services with a human touch to all the rural and urban women visiting the outdoor and indoor sections from karnal and surrounding districts of Haryana,Punjab and UP.

The OPD caters to around 200 patients daily and houses various speciality clinics like antenatal clinic,infertilityclinic,cancerclinic,family and welfare clinic . Infertility clinics offer facilities for couple check-up, investigations and treatment. Antenatal clinics involve pregnancy check-ups, birth preparedness and complication readiness. Family welfare clinics provide check-ups and contraception services. Facilities for investigation like cervical cytology are available on OPD basis. Cancer clinic has colposcopy and cervical cytology facilities.Minor operative interventions like cervical cauterisations, copper-T insertions, MVA and endometrial samplings are also done.
